Well, tomorrow I will be 61 and where the hell did the years go. I know that I must have aged at least 20 years this past 1 to 2 years. I think I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel( but what a long friggin tunnel). And, yes, as many of you have told me over the years-IT SUCKS GETTING OLDER!(medical terms)
Hopefully, I will have a more concrete answer where I will be in the next couple of months.
Still interested in Adult ADD;OCD ;depression, etc and how our mental health affects our physical health.An boy, Did I learn it again !
Also I am now on FACEBOOK ;LINKED IN; and ADD AWARE.
Now, if I only had the skill and patience to write a book-i do have just a tad amount of info from all my fun years in this medical world.
Oh well, we will see what happens next .
Hopefully 2010 will be a better year for all of us.
